Self Assessment
Take a moment to reflect on how you're feeling. The PHQ-9 (depression) and GAD-7 (anxiety) are widely used screening tools that can help you identify signs of depression or anxiety. Simply download each PDF, complete the assessments at your own pace, and use the results as a starting point for self-awareness.
*These tools are not a diagnosis but can help you
better understand your emotional well-being.
